"When you’ve worked hard, and done well, and walked through that doorway of opportunity, you do not slam it shut behind you. You reach
back and you give other folks the same chances that helped you succeed.
"    - Michelle Obama

The Creating Space Project offers seminars in corporate settings.

Using practices from clinical and community psychology, Ruth Nelson, a clinical psychology registrar, can assist staff with:

  • Developing habits of self compassion and self-care;
  • Connecting behaviours and attitudes to an organisation’s mission statement;
  • Identifying and dealing effectively with unconscious biases, or social stereotypes about certain types of people that exist outside of conscious awareness;
  • Addressing attitudes that promote ecological sustainability.

Seminars are highly flexible and designed to suit the needs of a particular setting:

  • The Creating Space Project can deliver a one-off experience or a series of groups, depending on the individual requirements of a workplace.

Fees paid for corporate seminars allow The Creating Space Project to deliver workshops with marginalised community groups. In simply booking the Creating Space Project, a workplace is directly putting into practise the values we are endeavouring to nurture.
